December Recap & COTM

We can't believe it's already the end of 2025! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all for your hard work this year. Done Right Cleaning is bigger and better than ever before, and we could not have done it without our amazing team. Words cannot express the gratitude and pride we feel having each of you represent our brand. We're so excited to see where 2026 brings us - we know with you guys on our team, the only way is up!

December is a notoriously slow season for the cleaning industry, clients usually pause services to save up for the Holidays. However, we still made the best of it!

• 12 new recurring clients - this is excluding all of the one-time deep or move in/out cleanings.

• 9 new 5-star Google reviews - though this number is lower than usual, we're still beyond proud of you guys for securing those. Don't be shy, customers are especially happy to leave a review when they know you'll receive a bonus from it!

• 2 new team members: welcome aboard, Caitlin and Adam! We're thankful to have you.

Honorable Mentions

Only one can cleaner can win the Cleaner of the Month award, but we still want to recognize some amazing efforts across the team.

• Jane was our top performing cleaner this month, with 51 visits and -once again- 0 complaints!

• Marcella has been a total star since joining our team, quickly taking on and adapting to her leadership role. We can always count on Marcella to show up for her team, lend a helping hand, deliver amazing results, and provide top tier damage control when something goes wrong.

• Tammy, Dayna and Jevyn have been our most consistent leaders all year, helping shape Done Right into what it is today since 2024.

• Marie Josee still has not received a single complaint about her work since joining our team, delivering consistent spotless results with a smile on her face, no matter what challenges she may be facing.

• Serena has been a fan-favourite amongst clients since joining our team, also having received no complaints and consistent 10/10 customer feedback, as well as being someone we can always rely on.

• Simon, Haley, and Martin will also be going into their second year with us - thank you guys for your dedication to this team and its growth.

Sergio has only been with us since the fall, but he's consistently proven his dedication to our brand.
