Introducing: Cleaner of the Month

We’re excited to announce that Done Right Cleaning is officially launching our Cleaner of the Month program!

Starting this month, we’ll be recognizing one standout team member at the end of every month who truly goes above and beyond. The winner will be featured right here on our employee portal blog on the last day of each month.

What We’ll Be Looking For

Our Cleaner of the Month will be chosen based on:

• Performance and quality of work

• Customer reviews and feedback

• Reliability and attendance (days called in, punctuality, consistency)

• Problem-solving and initiative 

• Positive attitude and teamwork

• Activity in DRC Resources (Discord, staff portal, etc.)

This program is all about celebrating the people who make Done Right Cleaning the trusted, professional, and caring company our clients love.

Rewards

Each month’s winner will receive a $50 gift card of their choice - it can be for anything/anywhere you want!

Plus, every monthly winner will automatically be entered into our annual grand prize draw for a Weekend Getaway valued at $400! As we started late this year, the first grand prize draw will be at the end of 2026.
