Jobber is where you’ll find everything you need for your daily schedule. It shows your clients, addresses, job notes, and checklists. Follow the steps below to keep everything running smoothly.

1. Only Use the Schedule Tab

When you log in, you will see several tabs in Jobber. The only one you need is the Schedule tab. Ignore all other sections. Everything you need for your workday is inside this one tab.

2. Use List View

Change your view to List View on the Schedule page.

List view makes it much easier to see all your jobs for the day in order, along with basic information like:

  • Client name

  • Address

  • Cleaning package

  • Scheduled time

3. Viewing Your Schedule

The Schedule page lists all your jobs for the day. Each line shows what you need to know at a glance, including the client name, service type, and the time the job is scheduled to start. You can scroll through the list to plan your route and make sure you’re prepared for each visit.

4. Opening a Job

Click on an individual job to open it. Once inside the job view, you will see:

  • The client’s name, address, and cleaning package selected

  • The scheduled start and end time

  • Visit notes that include any special instructions, entry details, or additional services the client paid for

  • A phone icon in the top right corner to call the client if you are running late or want to arrive early

  • Directions to the job site by clicking the Directions button

  • Arrival times for teammates joining later in the visit

You will also see your job timer here. Start your timer when you arrive and stop it when you finish that specific job. Each job has its own timer, and only one timer should ever be running at a time.

Important: Never hit Complete Visit. That is handled by the office and should not be used by cleaners.

5. Job Forms and Checklists

Under the job instructions, you will find the Job Forms section. This is where you access all Done Right Cleaning checklists.

  • The checklists outline the bare minimum required for each service.

  • When time allows, always go above and beyond by adding finishing touches such as shining faucets, straightening pillows, and organizing small areas.

6. Quick Recap

  • Only use the Schedule tab

  • Use List View for easy navigation

  • Click a job to see all details, notes, and checklists

  • Start and stop the job timer correctly for each visit

  • Never hit Complete Visit

  • Always meet checklist standards and go above and beyond when time permits

Final Tip

Jobber is your daily guide. Review each job carefully before you start, follow the checklists closely, and use the timer correctly. When you use Jobber the right way, every visit stays organized, professional, and Done Right.
