DRC Halloween Night - thanks to everyone who made it! Dayna as Mermaid Man won the costume contest.

Thank you all for an amazing October! Every month, our team gets stronger and our services improve. Without you, we wouldn't be Ottawas premier choice for housekeeping. We are beyond grateful for every single person this team. Let's recap some wins from this the month:

• Twelve new 5 star Google reviews - big shout out to Dayna, Marcella, Sergio, Jane, and Haley for being named by clients!

• 4 new cleaners - welcome to the team Marie Josee, Michel, Sara and Ayten! We're thankful to have you.

• 16 new recurring regular clients - this number is excluding all of the one-time deep or move in/out cleanings! Let's aim to double that next month by showing new clients how exceptional our services are.

Honorable Mentions

Only one can cleaner can win the Cleaner of the Month award, but we still want to recognize some amazing efforts across the team.

• Jane was our top performing cleaner this month, with 52 jobs completed and 0 customer complaints. She is always dependable and consistent in results.

• Jevyn covered last minute shifts on 3 occasions, preventing the company from losing revenue and reputation. He is always ready to help his team mates and face challenges head on with a positive attitude and smile on his face.

• Tammy, Dayna, and Gwen have been training all of our new hires since the start of the year, truly helping curate this amazing team into what it is today. We wouldn't be who or where we are without them.

• Sergio, Marie Josee, and Sara quickly got the hang of our work at DRC and have not received a single customer complaint since joining our team, exceeding expectations and setting new standards.

The winner this month is.... Marcella Miron!

Though she has only been on our team for a couple of months now, Marcella has exceeded all expectations of what a star employee should look like:

• She is thorough, detail orientated, and consistent, ensuring every customer gets the Done Right experience every time- while still maintaining efficient speeds.

• She engages in our Discord chats, encouraging team spirit and providing daily photos we can use to generate more business through advertisements.

• Her customer service skills are beyond exceptional, making every client feel special and appreciated. She always goes the extra mile to ensure client happiness.

• She quickly took on and adapted a leadership position, and she has helped ensure big jobs go smoothly as well as training new hires to clean independently.

• She is impeccably reliable - always arriving on time or clearly communicating with clients if something prevents that, and never calling in unless absolutely necessary.

• She radiates positive energy and always puts her best foot forward.
