April continued the steady momentum we started to rebuild in March, with the team staying consistent as we moved further into the busy spring season. The pace remained strong, and there was a clear sense of rhythm in our day-to-day operations as schedules stayed full and expectations remained high.

This month also came with a bit of experimentation as we introduced a new system using Bravo to help outline reviews and support upselling opportunities. While the intention was to improve efficiency and create a smoother process, it unfortunately didn’t work out as planned. The core functionality fell short, and it became clear that the software wasn’t a good fit for our needs. Even so, moments like this are part of growth, testing, learning, and adjusting quickly is what allows us to keep improving.

Despite that setback, the team stayed focused and continued delivering strong results. April highlighted not just consistency, but also adaptability, being able to maintain performance while navigating changes behind the scenes.

April showed that progress isn’t always about everything going perfectly, but about how we respond, adjust, and keep moving forward. The team handled both the workload and internal changes well, which speaks to the strength of the group.

As we move deeper into the season, we’re looking forward to building on this consistency and continuing to refine how we operate.

April Performance Highlights


April maintained strong performance levels, with the team continuing to operate at a high level even as systems and processes were being tested and adjusted.

We welcomed 23 new recurring clients and completed a total of 507 services throughout the month. This consistency in volume reflects both stable demand and the team’s ability to manage full schedules effectively.

Client satisfaction remained strong, with 19 new 5-star Google reviews added in April. These reviews continue to reflect the quality of service being delivered and the positive experience our clients are having.

With the addition of Julia and Hannayah to the team, we’re continuing to strengthen our roster as we prepare for even busier months ahead.

Overall, April was a month of consistency, learning, and adaptability, maintaining solid performance while identifying better ways to improve our systems moving forward.

April’s Clean of the Month goes to Jevyn

Jevyn’s work this month stood out for the level of transformation achieved in what was clearly a very challenging job. The before-and-after results speak for themselves. What started as a heavily soiled bathroom, with significant buildup and what appeared to be a very unpleasant substance across the toilet, sink, and surrounding areas, was turned into a clean, fresh, and fully restored space.


While it’s unclear exactly what the substance was, it was visibly severe and required a high level of effort to properly remove. Jobs like this go far beyond routine cleaning and demand patience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Jevyn handled it with the right approach, making sure every surface was thoroughly cleaned and brought back to standard.

The final result reflects not just cleanliness, but commitment to doing the job right regardless of the starting condition. Transformations like this have a big impact and highlight the level of care and pride Jevyn brings to his work.

April showed that even the toughest situations can be handled with the right mindset and attention to detail. Jevyn’s clean is a great example of that.
