February served as a reminder that not every month in this industry moves at the same pace, but the strength of our team remains constant. While January kicked off the year with strong momentum, February brought a slightly quieter rhythm, giving us the opportunity to focus on consistency, professionalism, and supporting one another as a team.

In service industries, fluctuations are part of the cycle. What stood out most this month was how our cleaners continued to show reliability and pride in their work, even when schedules were lighter. The patience, flexibility, and positive attitude shown across the team made a real difference and reflects the strong culture we continue to build at Done Right Cleaning.

We also had a special moment this month as we celebrated the birthday of Connor, the president of Done Right Cleaning. It was a great opportunity to recognize the leadership and energy he brings to the company and the direction he continues to guide the team toward.

February may be known as the month of appreciation, and it felt like the perfect time to acknowledge the people who make our company what it is. February Performance Highlights

While February moved at a slower pace compared to January, it still reflected the ongoing trust our clients place in Done Right Cleaning and the consistent effort delivered by our team.

During the month, we welcomed 17 new recurring client jobs, while the team successfully completed 467 services overall. Even during a quieter operational period, it’s encouraging to see so many clients continuing to rely on our services and keep us part of their regular routine.

The team maintained our service standards across every visit, ensuring clients continued to receive the same level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail that defines Done Right Cleaning.

We’re also proud to share that we received 17 new 5-star Google reviews throughout the month. Each review represents a real client experience and highlights the dedication our cleaners bring to every job.

This month’s Clean of the Month recognition goes to Marcella, whose work delivered a great example of the level of detail and care that defines the Done Right Difference.
