March brought a noticeable shift in pace, with things starting to pick up again after a slower February. As we moved into the start of spring, it felt like a fresh reset, bringing new energy, renewed focus, and a stronger rhythm to our day-to-day operations.
While the month came with a few challenges, including a significant freezing rain and ice storm that hit Ottawa and disrupted schedules, what stood out most was how everyone adapted and pushed through. Moments like that really highlight the resilience and teamwork within Done Right Cleaning.
With the increased pace also came more opportunities to show consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. It was great to see the team stepping up, staying focused, and continuing to deliver high-quality work even as things got busier.
March was a reminder that growth often comes with challenges, but it’s how we respond that defines us. The way the team handled both the busy days and unexpected setbacks speaks volumes about the culture we’re building.
As we move further into spring, we’re excited to keep building on this momentum and continuing to improve together.

March Performance Highlights
March marked a clear step forward as activity began to build again, bringing a stronger sense of momentum across the team. Throughout the month, we welcomed 23 new recurring clients and completed a total of 510 services, reflecting both growth and increased demand as we head into a busier season.
With fuller schedules, the team did a great job staying organized and consistent, ensuring each home was completed to our standard. It’s not just about the number of jobs completed, but the ability to maintain quality while handling a higher volume, and that’s something the team demonstrated well this month.
Client feedback remained strong, with 18 new 5-star Google reviews added in March. These reviews continue to highlight the trust our clients place in us and the positive experiences being delivered on a daily basis.
We also had the pleasure of welcoming a new cleaner, Tamara, to the team this month. As we continue to grow, bringing in the right people is key, and we’re excited to have her on board.
Overall, March was about regaining momentum, strengthening consistency under a heavier workload, and continuing to build on the progress we’ve made so far this year.
Clean of the Month
This month’s Clean of the Month recognition goes to Marcella and Sarah, whose work each highlighted a different strength that continues to elevate our team’s standards.
Marcella’s clean stood out for the level of detail she brought to a hard to reach area that is often missed during routine cleaning. By taking the time to properly address this space, she ensured a more complete and polished result. It’s this kind of thoroughness that makes a noticeable difference in the overall feel of a home and reflects a strong sense of pride in her work.


Sarah’s clean, on the other hand, showcased the impact of a strong transformation. Taking on a heavily soiled tub, she was able to restore it to a clean and refreshed condition. The before and after difference clearly highlights the effort and persistence required to bring a space back to life.
