May came in with its own energy, carrying the momentum from earlier months but adding a few unexpected twists that made the month memorable in its own way. The workload stayed strong, the pace stayed steady, and the team continued showing up with the same reliability that has been shaping our growth this year.

What made May stand out was how much happened behind the scenes. The payroll software decided to give us a surprise challenge when a glitch caused several cleaners to receive way more than their actual pay. It created a bit of chaos, a lot of double checking, and a few laughs once everything settled. Even though it was messy for a moment, it was handled quickly and sorted out without slowing down the rest of the operation.

We also had Victoria Day on May 18, giving everyone a small breather in the middle of a busy stretch. Even with the holiday, the team kept the flow going and maintained strong performance throughout the month.

May showed that progress is not just about numbers but about how well the team handles the unexpected. Whether it was a packed schedule, a holiday week, or a software glitch, everyone stayed steady and kept the quality high. It was a month that highlighted teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to keep moving even when things get a little chaotic.

Thank you to everyone for the effort, the patience, and the consistency throughout the month.

May Performance Highlights

May delivered solid results across the board, showing strong demand and dependable execution from the team.

  • 516 total jobs completed, keeping the month active from start to finish

  • 38 new recurring clients, adding another wave of long term growth

  • 11 new 5 star Google reviews, reflecting steady client satisfaction

Even with the payroll issue and the holiday week, the team stayed focused and continued to deliver. May was a month of movement, learning, and staying sharp through unexpected moments, setting us up well as we head into the next stretch of the season.

They  absolutely crushed a job that most people would hesitate to even look at. They tackled layers of buildup that had clearly been sitting there for ages and managed to remove every bit of that disgusting mess. What really made this stand out was the attitude

they brought to the job. Even with the grime, the smell, and the chaos behind those appliances, they still pushed through with a smile and even threw in a thumbs up, as you can see in the picture. That kind of positivity, teamwork, and dedication is exactly what Clean of the Month is all about.

Cleaner of the Month

Tristyn stood out this month through consistent performance, strong client relationships, and the level of trust he has built with the people he cleans for. His work speaks for itself, and it shows in the feedback we continue to receive. Several clients specifically requested to have him as their regular cleaner, which is one of the strongest indicators of reliability and quality in our line of work.

What makes Tristyn’s work shine is the combination of skill and consistency. He delivers the same high standard every time, whether it is a routine clean or a more detailed job. Clients notice that, and they appreciate the comfort of knowing exactly what to expect when he walks through the door.

Beyond the results, Tristyn brings a calm and steady presence to the team. He communicates well, handles his schedule responsibly, and represents the company with professionalism. His reviews reflect not only clean homes, but positive experiences, which is just as important.

May highlighted how valuable it is to have cleaners who clients trust enough to request by name. Tristyn earned that trust through effort, consistency, and genuine care for the work he does.

Congratulations, Tristyn, and thank you for the strong month.

Looking Ahead

As we wrap up May, the focus is on keeping the momentum strong while tightening up our systems and communication. The team handled a busy month and even unexpected issues with steady effort, which puts us in a good position heading into June. By staying organized, supporting each other, and keeping attention on the details, we’re set up for another solid month of growth and consistency.
